1. Introduction

This policy explains what information we collect through the stone-line.ro website, how we use it, and what rights you have. The website is operated by Davalex SRL, trading as Stone Line.

2. What information we collect

We only collect the information you provide directly, through the contact form: name, email, phone number, project type and your message. We do not use user accounts and do not install our own traffic-analytics tools.

3. Third-party services used on this site

To run the website, we use a few external services, which may independently process certain technical data:

  • Netlify Forms — processes the data submitted through the contact form and notifies us by email.
  • Google Maps — the map shown on the Showroom and Contact pages is embedded directly from Google; viewing it may involve loading content from Google's servers.
  • Google Fonts — the fonts used on this site are loaded from Google's servers, which transmits the visitor's IP address to Google.
  • Google Analytics 4 — measures traffic and how the site is used. It only activates once you consent to statistics cookies. We have enabled advertising data redaction (ads_data_redaction) and disabled passing identifiers through the URL.
  • Microsoft Clarity — records sessions and interaction heatmaps, to help us understand how the site is used. It only activates once you consent to statistics cookies.
  • Cookiebot (Usercentrics) — manages the consent banner and remembers your choice.

If you contact us via the WhatsApp button, that conversation takes place directly on the WhatsApp/Meta platform, governed by Meta's own privacy policy — Stone Line has no control over how Meta processes that data.

4. How we use the information

We use contact-form data solely to respond to your requests for consultation, quotes, or booking a showroom visit. We do not use that data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Statistical data collected through Google Analytics (after consent) is used only in aggregate, to understand how the site is used and to improve it — not to identify you personally.

5. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the data you provide us, but no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
