Cookie Policy
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website, typically used to remember preferences or analyse traffic.
2. Your consent
On your first visit, a consent banner (Cookiebot / Usercentrics) asks which categories of cookies you accept. Until you give consent, analytics, personalisation and advertising cookies remain blocked — the site uses Google Consent Mode, which starts with all of those categories denied by default.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the consent banner.
3. What cookies we actually use
| Service | Category | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Cookiebot (Usercentrics) | Necessary | Remembers which cookie categories you accepted. Runs without consent, as it is strictly necessary for the banner to work. |
| Google Analytics 4 (gtag.js) | Statistics | Measures traffic and how the site is used, so we can improve it. Activates only after you consent to the statistics category. |
| Microsoft Clarity | Statistics | Records sessions and interaction heatmaps to help us understand how you navigate the site. Activates only after you consent to the statistics category. |
| Google Maps | Marketing / third party | May set Google cookies when you interact with the map on the Showroom and Contact pages. |
| Google Fonts | Third party (no cookie) | Sets no cookies, but transmits the visitor's IP address to Google's servers in order to serve the fonts. |
| Netlify Forms | Necessary | May use a technical anti-spam cookie when the contact form is submitted. |
The full, up-to-date list of cookies is shown in the consent banner, which scans for them automatically.
4. How to control cookies
The simplest way is the consent banner on the site. In addition, you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Note that blocking them entirely may affect the correct display of the map or the site's fonts.
5. Updates
This policy may be updated as the site evolves.
